Catching Problems After the Roof Is Done

On new construction, roofing is often finished before other trades – brick, mortar, painters – are done with their own work nearby. GEJ Roofing documented every stained or damaged shingle with photos, then tore out and replaced each one, even though the damage was not caused by GEJ’s own crew. The roofs went to handoff looking clean and consistent.
